We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Box Office Supervisor to help us achieve our ambitious sales targets; providing an exceptional experience for all our visitors and delivering analytical insight for our team.

Hours: 35 Hours per week across five days (including evenings and weekends)

Contract type: permanent

Purpose of the role:

This is a key role overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic role of the Bush Theatre’s Box Office and Sales function, including working operationally from the Box Office desk. As a key member of our frontline teams, the role includes having responsibility for day-to-day Box Office operations, as well as working closely with the Marketing team to maximise sales income and provide audience insights and reporting. The role will inspire the Box Office team to deliver excellent service by telephone, in-person and online and capture data accurately and effectively using the ticketing system (Spektrix). They will ensure team members are well informed about the artistic programme, able to champion the work and collaborate with Venue Managers to ensure the best, joined up customer experience.
