You will work with both claimant and defendant solicitors on cases involving clients who have sustained serious injury as a result of alleged clinical negligence or personal injury, either to provide expert opinion on whether there has been a breach of duty, and where appropriate, whether that breach may have caused or contributed to the injury/outcome.

The essentials:

To work with us as an expert witness, you will need a minimum of 6 years’ post-registration experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology scanning, ensuring a strong foundation of expertise to draw upon in your expert witness work. You will also need to demonstrate:
