CLIENT ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR – IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The successful candidate will take the lead on managing the client account funds in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring clients records and funds are accurately maintained.
You will work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining excellent internal and external customer relationships.
In addition to this, the role will cover elements of administration such as resolving queries and providing them with supporting information, as well as supporting the team with other general finance tasks as required.
- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS CLIENT ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
- Recording and processing accurate payment transactions into client account, ensuring a high level of attention to detail
- Process weekly payment runs
- Allocate payments to client account
- Raise adhoc payments in the bank seeking relevant approvals
- Produce client account statements and account reconciliations
- Dealing with all enquiries relating to client account funds, resolving any queries with associates, solicitors, suppliers and investigating any account discrepancies
- Bank reconciliations.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the wider finance department as and when required
