SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Background in Civil Law, preferably within the Clinical Negligence and/or Personal Injury sector, or a background in healthcare.
- Preferably with some experience of care package provision and individuals with long term health needs.
- Ability to understand and calculate costs associated with care/therapy provision as recommended within Associate Expert Witness reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus.
- Ability to handle high volume of work and react to frequently changing time scales.
- Ability to identify the medico-legal aspects of the claim-cycle.
- Ability to work alongside and with other departments to meet customer needs.
- IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Organisational skills.
