Support Worker Positions – Ref No 42453

We are seeking two support workers to provide flexible support services to a female client with a mental health condition. Responsibilities include organizing appointments and correspondence, and motivating and supporting the client in accessing leisure, health, and social services as part of an individual program plan.

The role involves working within a team to promote independence and a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.

• Permanent Support Worker: 18 hours per week, with shifts in the afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends (8:00 am – 4:00 pm & 3:30 pm – 9:00 pm). Looking for stable hours with some flexibility.
• Casual Support Worker: As and when required, flexible hours.

Pay Rates:

£20.00 per hour on weekdays.

Due to the role\’s nature, an enhanced DBS check will be required.
