The Role

Do you have previous experience of working in a fast-paced Administration / Office environment? Are you one of lifes natural organisers, with great admin skills and attention to detail? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a talented People Coordinator to join our team (on a fixed term basis). The People Services Hub work closely together to support our business by delivering a range of People activities that support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to job offers, contract variations, employment check compliance and leavers. The People Coordinator will also resolve initial queries from candidates, colleagues and managers.

Adopting a right first-time approach and providing a customer focused service is really important to us. It takes excellent communication, prioritisation, and tenacity. We are looking for people that can show they use these skills on a daily basis, and who are proactive in the way they work, looking for improvements in what they are doing.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

Location

Ashford, Kent – With the option of hybrid working.

Hours Available

Full time. 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Term

Fixed term for 9 months (Until end of June 2026)
