Receptionist / Driver Broomfield Chelmsford – Out of Hours

Must hold a full, clean, manual UK driving license.

Receptionist Duties

  • Welcoming patients with compassion and ensure confidentiality.
  • Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations.
  • You\’ll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress.
  • Ensuring 2-way communication with the call centres to ensure efficient operations.
  • Accurate record keeping

Driver Duties

  • Conduct vehicle and equipment checks and safely transport clinicians to home visits where they\’ll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.
  • Ensuring correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.
