IC24 is looking for a professional, courteous, and highly organised Receptionist to join our dedicated team in our Out-of-Hours (OOH) department.

Skills Required

What You\’ll Do

  • Greet and register patients professionally and efficiently
  • Manage a real-time log of expected patients
  • Direct clinicians based on patient priority
  • Always maintain confidentiality
  • Liaise with call centres for seamless coordination
  • Support doctors with communication and admin
  • Ensure medical supplies and stationery are well-stocked
  • Uphold and improve quality standards in patient service
  • Assist with filing and general administrative tasks
