Job Description :

• Test Automation Design and Development : Develop and maintain automated test scripts, modules, and frameworks using TOSCA.
• Test Execution and Analysis : Execute test cases, analyze results, identify defects, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with development, business analysis, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth test execution and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentoring and Leadership : Mentor junior engineers, guide them in best practices, and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
• Test Data Management : Ensure the quality and accuracy of test results by conducting thorough reviews and analyses. Manage and prepare test data for automated testing.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in the automation processes and frameworks.
• Technical Expertise : Possess a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and Tosca.

Required Qualifications :

• Extensive experience with Tosca test automation tool.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and execute automated tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

• TOSCA Proficiency : Extensive experience with TOSCA, including scripting, test case design, and execution.
• Software Testing : Strong foundation in software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Test Automation : Experience in automating tests for various types of applications, including web, API, and mobile.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
