Researching and identifying the best solution for modernising an old test equipment database, then implementing a pilot solution in the chosen solution. Possible options include off-the-shelf solutions, solutions incorporating the Microsoft Power Platform and AI, or newer web-based applications using up-to-date web technologies. The student will consider the cost of each and the effort of implementing the requirements of the application as well as migration pathways from the old application to determine the optimum solution and then use that to develop and demonstrate a pilot application.

- Have studied or be studying at a New Zealand tertiary education institute (note: students who have completed study overseas are not eligible).
- Be studying at NZQA level 6-10, or if study has been completed, the closing date of the last semester must be less than 12 months ago.
- Be studying science, technology, engineering, design, or business.
- Be legally permitted to work in New Zealand.
- Not have been previously employed at our business unless part-time or temporary.
- Not have undertaken more than two Experience Grant Internships with our business.
This is a fixed-term paid summer internship position for 400 hours, commencing on Monday, 17th November 2025.
