Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced
Senior Pensions Administrator
to join this dynamic team.
You\’ll work on a variety of complex DB and DC schemes while supporting junior colleagues and ensuring a high-quality service for an impressive client portfolio.
Location: West Yorkshire, 2 days in the office per week.
What You\’ll Do
Process and manage complex cases such as retirements, transfers and deaths with accuracy and clear communication.
Review and check work completed by junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
Act as an escalation point for technical queries and non-standard cases.
Apply pensions legislation and internal procedures to deliver high-quality outputs.
Support the Team Leader with coordinating workloads and meeting SLAs.
Mentor and develop junior colleagues.
Contribute to process improvements and assist with project work.
What You\’ll Bring
Occupational pensions admin experience (DB and/or DC essential).
Strong understanding of pensions legislation and DB manual calculations.
Excellent accuracy, organisation and time-management skills.
Confident communication skills and strong Excel/Word knowledge.
Experience coaching colleagues; hybrid team experience is a bonus.
