Due to our rapid growth in the commercial emergency management sector, we are seeking a Senior Emergency Management Facilitator and Consultant to help us continue to deliver an outstanding service to our clients. These roles will be based out of our Melbourne office, but will involve occasional interstate travel to service clients nationally.

For our senior consultant position, we are currently seeking a consultant who has a background in emergency management, with a minimum of 2 years experience in facilitating training and consulting. The main purpose of this role is to provide consulting and facilitation of emergency management (Warden) training for our high-end clients. This includes creating and delivering training programs for over 50 people at a time at large-scale commercial assets. This role will involve being an end-to-end consultant for our clients, including initial consultations, training program creation, report writing, and follow-ups. Potential to consider a part-time role for the right person.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to train others, ensuring facilitation is not only informative but engaging and entertaining.
  • High-level attention to detail, time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to create tailored solutions to complex problems.
  • Certificate IV in TAE Training and Assessment is highly desirable. Willingness to obtain this qualification will also be considered.
  • Current drivers’ license, own vehicle, and ability to travel.
  • Australian or NZ Citizenship who currently has, or is able to obtain Working with Children’s Check & Police Check.
