This is a senior role, so we’d love you to show us your:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (as a minimum), with a specialization in power systems.
- Advanced knowledge of network simulation software, (PSSE, PSCAD and DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – in particular, clear and unambiguous email and technical document writing.
- Legally authorized to work in New Zealand.
What You’ll Accomplish:
- Perform power system analysis, transmission and generator connection studies that meet client technical specifications in reliability, regulation and quality requirements and standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports for all studies performed.
- Continue honing your technical and leadership abilities.

As compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, and this role is dependent on the individual\’s attributes, a reasonable estimate of the current range (dependent on candidate experience) is:
$130,000 NZD to $180,000 NZD
