Sap Isu Techno-Functional Consultant

• Analyze business requirements and provide corresponding solutions using SAP ISU.
• Configure and customize SAP ISU modules, such as Billing, Device Management, FICA and Customer Service.
• Should have good understanding of Utility business processes.
• Develop and maintain technical components, including ABAP programs, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both functional and technical areas.
• Provide support for system upgrades, testing, and performance optimization.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of SAP ISU modules and processes.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., IDocs, Web Services).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with utilities industry standards and practices.
• Relevant certifications in SAP ISU or related areas are a plus.
• Having good knowledge and skills in ITIL processes (incident management, service request fulfilment, change management and problem management).
