What You Will Do
We have an opportunity for a permanent Personal Assistant to join the Te Tari o te Tumu Whakarae | Vice-Chancellor\’s Office.
In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial support within the Vice Chancellor\’s Office Administration Team and support associated management committees by delivering a wide range of high-level administrative services. You\’ll be the go-to person for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Mōu | Who You Are
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator with at least 4-6 years\’ experience in a senior administrative or Personal Assistant role, ideally in a large organisation. You will also have :
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong customer focus and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
