This national mid-tier firm is a pre-eminent player in the Healthcare sector with a substantial client base spanning Hospitals, Pharmacies, General Medical, Allied Health, and Dental groups across Australia. They service several large listed organisations and multinational corporates with 100+ sites around Australia, as well as smaller solo-practitioner professionals, and everyone else in between.

There is an established Property practice here and this role will be assuming responsibility for a full-time team of 2 (Paralegal + Associate) as well as delegating leasing and conveyancing work to other lawyers around the Australian network.

This role is to be the primary point of contact for clients across Australia, servicing their property transactions and leasing (tenant and landlord) needs. Due to the diverse nature and size of clients, we are ideally targeting a practitioner with experience and adaptability across both big-end and small-end of town.

You will be heavily supported by the National Head of Corporate & Commercial, who is an ex-top-tier Partner, an engaged and enthusiastic mentor. The firm itself is in a growth phase, and we are ideally looking for a practitioner who wants to grow into a leadership position for the broader firm, in line with that growth.
