The Role
As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come via NDIS, Medicare, or private clients. This is a mobile role, with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities
- Working within the NDIS to maximize clients\’ function, capacity, and social engagement
- Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields)
- Timely documentation and report writing
- Managing a varied caseload
- Meeting professional expectations, including billables and client management
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Using leading software platforms and online tools
The NewGrad Program
Connect2Care offers a tailored New Graduate Program to ease the transition into the workplace, supporting recent graduates over 12 months, starting from your first day.

Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
