The Opportunity:
- Support and work closely with the agency Founders and senior management team to develop and expand the client / talent base.
- Be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful point of contact for your clients.
- Develop and manage the sponsorship and delivery of projects for your clients, from conception to completion.
- Stay informed and up-to-date with global trends across all social platforms.
- Support your team and ensure your key stakeholders are always informed / up-to-date.
- Budget forecasting and planning.
You:
- Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights.
- Have proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent management, either working within the modelling, public relations, talent or influencer management or casting industry.
- Familiar with using social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
- Describe yourself as ambitious, motivated, switched-on and calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well-networked.
- Experience using Slack and Google is ideal.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred.
