• Design and recommend system enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to improve business efficiency.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure system implementations align with business objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments for changes in existing business applications and processes.
• Develop and maintain use cases, data models, process flow diagrams, and system documentation .
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory, security, and business continuity standards.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.
• Provide training and support to end users on system functionalities and enhancements.
