We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers with WTR endorsement to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the civil construction industry or develop their skills further in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the construction and maintenance of heavy civil infrastructure (roads, bridges, drainage,culverts, land development etc.)
- Operating hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading construction materials
- Assisting machine operators (like spotting) and tradespeople as needed
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site
- Other general labour duties as required by the site supervisor
Requirements
- WTR endorsement (if you have a Class 5 that would be great!)
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to health and safety practices
- A valid driver license and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol and medical test
