ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive Intermediate Accountant ready to elevate their career. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the business, liaise with customers on how to understand cand grow their business from a financial perspective.

  • Engage directly with clients, providing proactive support and addressing ad-hoc issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate closely with directors to address client challenges and contribute to firm-wide strategies.
  • It goes without saying, you’ll be experienced at preparing financial accounts for businesses – more importantly, your skillset will be interpreting and being able to explain the numbers to clients. Providing advice on managing their financials.

ABOUT YOU
You will bring experience from your time with a CA firm/s, specifically time in a client facing role. Ideally you’ll have experience providing advice to a wide range of industries, both in terms of turnover and complexities. It’s likely you’ll be looking for ongoing growth in the business. You will of course have strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge, as well as a stellar interpersonal, communication skillset and sound IT literacy.

WE’LL BE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accountant at a CA firm.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at explaining complex concepts and conducting staff training sessions.
  • Client-centric approach, comfortable interfacing directly with clients to address their needs and concerns.
