Positive Salary Packaging is a leading provider of salary packaging solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Growth leader to join our team, based in either Brisbane or Melbourne.
As the Head of Marketing and Growth, you will ensure effective and strategic marketing management, working alongside our external marketing partners, as well as oversee the daily operations of the relationship management team. You will be responsible for driving business growth through brand awareness, and lead generation through new and existing relationships with employers across Australia. Additionally, you will be a key member of our Leadership Team, responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture which supports employee success, focusing on mentorship, development, and process improvement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategy to increase lead volume and lead quality.
- Manage external vendors to deliver on marketing strategy alongside your hands-on delivery.
- Oversee development and dissemination of collateral for Growth team including for roadshows, information sessions and industry events.
- Contribute to and support new business opportunities including market and competitor analysis, strategic communications and strategic alignment.
- Implement brand awareness campaigns, initiatives and activities to improve awareness and recognition of Positive Salary Packaging, with both existing and new employers.
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers to increase lead volume from new and existing client / employer relationships.
- Contribute to cross-functional activities, including policy development and collaboration with the operations team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic marketing and lead generation.
- Strong experience developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns and brand awareness.
- Experience building relationships with a variety of clients / stakeholders.
- Experience driving relationship and business development within sales teams.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong people leaderships, motivation and influence skills.
- Collaboration-oriented with the ability to drive results.
