What You Will Get To Do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks for offshore operations, ensuring alignment with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Continuously evaluate and refine offshoring strategies to ensure they meet the organisation's strategic goals and operational objectives.
- Monitor and assess the performance of offshore partners, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and other relevant performance metrics, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of offshore activities to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact between local and offshore Transfer Agency teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to ensure offshore activities align with the organisation’s objectives and client needs.
- Engage with clients to address concerns related to offshore services, providing assurance on governance, risk management, and control measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within offshore processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Evaluate technological and process innovations to optimise offshore operations and drive best practices in governance.
- Identify and assess risks related to offshore operations, including operational, legal, and financial risks, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations such as data protection and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting offshore operations, ensuring strategies are adapted to meet new requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and governance committees, analysing trends in offshore operations to proactively address potential risks and identify areas for improvement.
