NXT GIG is in search of a talented Appian Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of solutions using the Appian platform. As an Appian Architect, you will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into innovative applications that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to develop comprehensive architecture solutions that leverage Appian's capabilities. Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions on the Appian platform that meet business requirements and process automation goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including design specifications and implementation guidelines
- Implement best practices for Appian development, performance optimization, and system integration
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards
- Stay updated on Appian platform enhancements and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders on Appian solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Appian Architect or in a similar role with a focus on Appian solutions
- Strong knowledge of Appian development, architecture, and best practices
- Experience with process automation, BPM concepts, and integration patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Appian certifications (e.g., Appian Architect, Appian Certified Developer) are highly desirable
