About the role
Housing Services are looking for a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor to work within its Delivery Team. The role is to carry out comprehensive in-house technical surveying and inspection relating to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment. You will need experience of surveying domestic properties, contract management and management of property-related projects.
A technical expert with excellent communication skills, you will collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure the housing stock and public buildings are maintained in a reasonable state of repair through robust property inspections and the specifying of effective and efficient remedial works and investment.
