We are looking for an experienced Front of House & Events manager to join our small team at the Guildhall. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action and takes pride in delivering exceptional events from start to finish.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee the smooth operation of all FOH activities.
- Manage and coordinate a wide range of events, from intimate celebrations to large‑scale functions.
- Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service.
- Lead by example and support the team in event setup, service and breakdown.
- Work closely with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
- Rolling up your sleeves when needed – this role includes occasional light furniture moving and event set‑up duties.

- A proven experience in managing events, with a strong knowledge of wedding and corporate events being essential.
