Are you the kind of person who can keep a wedding running smoothly, a corporate event on schedule, and still find time to greet guests with a smile? If so, we would love to meet you. We are looking for an experienced Front of House & Events manager to join our small team at the Guildhall. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action and takes pride in delivering exceptional events from start to finish.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of all FOH activities.
  • Manage and coordinate a wide range of events, from intimate celebrations to large‑scale functions.
  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service.
  • Lead by example and support the team in event setup, service and breakdown.
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
  • Rolling up your sleeves when needed – this role includes occasional light furniture moving and event set‑up duties.
