A fantastic opportunity for a Telesales Account Manager to take on a permanent role within a market leading supplier of office supplies and catering equipment. Covering the whole of the UK, this leading supplier of stationery and consumables has developed a strong database of clients within a niche market. Due to continuous company growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to manage a warm desk contacting existing clients and build up your own client base in this fully autonomous role.

As a Telesales & Account Manager your role will include:

  • Managing & developing your own set of accounts ranging from new to established customers
  • Working to daily, weekly & monthly targets supported by your team manager
  • Building specific product knowledge and understanding the market in order to add value to customers
  • Dealing with customer queries while offering advice and guidance to customers and suppliers
  • Undertaking research of the marketplace & your customers to enhance & grow your account set

The ideal Telesales & Account Manager must:

  • Have experience in B2B sales & account management
  • Have a confident telephone manner
  • Be committed to upholding the company ethos and dedicated to their high standards
  • Possess strong IT skills
  • Have good verbal and written communicative skills
  • Have strengths in administration and organisational skills

Our client can offer:

  • Option to be permanently based at either the Royton office
  • An excellent Basic of up to £18k and realistic OTE of £25k in the first year + Great Commission Structure (uncapped) + Monthly Bonus Scheme
