We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently. Duties
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools and power tools, diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions within electrical systems.
- Repair or replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical components as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries on site.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician within a commercial or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and multimeters.
- Experience operating power tools including drills, saws, and cable cutters.
- Fire Alarm experience preferable but not essential.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Test and Inspection City & Guilds 2391/50/51/52 Preferred.
