We are seeking a nurturing and proactive Teaching Assistant to work under the direction of teaching and senior staff to support pupils’ learning and development. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide effective classroom support, assist with the management of pupils, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. The role involves supporting individuals and groups of pupils to enable access to learning, both within the classroom and, where required, outside the main teaching area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and making a positive contribution to their educational experience.
