We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Officer to work under the direction of the Pastoral Managers and Senior Leadership Team, supporting a strong whole‑school culture of positive behaviour, high attendance and safeguarding. The role involves coordinating aspects of the Pastoral Team’s work, acting as a key point of contact for pupils, families and external agencies, and working proactively to improve attendance and behaviour.

The post‑holder will promote positive attitudes towards education, ensure parents understand their statutory responsibilities, and undertake unsupervised home visits to identify barriers to attendance and support pupils’ return to full‑time education where appropriate.
