We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cover Supervisor to deliver whole-class teaching in the absence of teaching staff. The role involves supervising and supporting pupils’ learning, maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment, and delivering pre-planned lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will build positive relationships with students, promote good behaviour in line with school policy, and provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress. The role also includes supporting pastoral needs, managing classroom resources, assisting with assessments and exams, and contributing to school trips and wider school activities.
