- Team Development - Lead and inspire a team of 6 Social Workers (including EHCP specialist), Assistant Team Manager, and 4 Family Support Workers.
- Practice Innovation - Champion our Family Safeguarding Model, integrating Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Recovery Workers, Mental Health Practitioners, and Psychologists.
