As a studio instructor with Bury Council Leisure, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality studio and fitness class for a wide range of ability levels. To provide safe, structured and effective classes that help all users achieve their health and fitness goals and find the fun in activities. Working as part of the studio class team you will contribute to the wider wellbeing of the borough.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that all areas of the facility and associated activities are operated efficiently, effectively and in accordance with established procedures and standards. This role is ideally suited to an individual who consistently demonstrates the highest professional standards and passion for group exercise. You will lead by example, inspire those around you, and maintain an unwavering commitment to health and well-being with excellent customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- A valid exercise to music qualification
- Versatility in delivery methods
- Qualification or experience delivering wellbeing classes
- A valid spinning studio qualification for specific classes
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent customer care skills and ability to connect with people
