Bury Council is seeking two organized Caretakers for the new Radcliffe Hub, based at 17 Blackburn Street, Manchester M26 1NN.
The role is 26.25 hours per week with 8:00am–4:00pm core hours and alternating 4-on-3-off shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities include cleaning, security, key-holding, and occasional DIY with safety checks.
Training provided; local living and transport advantageous. The post is Grade 5 pro rata with a salary around £18,683 plus matrix payments.
