The role involves promoting an inclusive, positive learning environment, supporting pupils’ development, independence, and wellbeing, and assisting with personal care where required. You will monitor progress, provide feedback, and help maintain accurate pupil records. This is a varied role that may include supervising classes in the short‑term absence of a teacher, supporting extracurricular activities, and contributing to the overall ethos and success of the school.
