We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping whole school improvement. Working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and other Assistant Head Teachers, you will provide strategic leadership, drive excellence in teaching and learning, and help ensure the highest standards for staff and students alike.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining core subject leadership, curriculum development and assessment, staff mentoring, and a teaching commitment across the age and ability range. You will line manage teachers and champion high expectations, use data to improve outcomes, and lead change with clarity, vision, and collaboration.
