We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Support Officer to join our central team, providing vital HR support across our Trust. This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking HR function that supports our schools in delivering outstanding education. You’ll report directly to the Head of HR and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional HR service for staff across the Trust.

About You:

– Has experience in an HR advisory / support role (education or public sector preferred)

– Is confident using Microsoft Office and other HR, Payroll, MIS systems

– Has excellent communication and organisational skills

– Can work confidentially and professionally with sensitive information

– Holds or is working towards a CIPD qualification (essential)
