Cleaning Services are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated cleaner with an eye for detail and good work ethic at Derby High school in Bury.
The hours of work are 12.5 hours per week, 6:00am to 8:30am or 3:30pm to 6:00pm, term time only plus 2 weeks, worked in accordance with school and service requirements.
The salary for this post is Grade 3 - £13.45 per hour, approximately £8,043 per annum.
As a school cleaner you will only have holidays when the school is on holiday.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness around the building.
Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
The Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.
Appointment may be subject to a satisfactory disclosure at the appropriate level under the Disclosure and Barring Service.
