Housing Services are looking to recruit a Compliance Specialist with expertise and experience in Asbestos and Communal Safety. Working alongside a team of Compliance specialists, you will have responsibility for operational compliance matters across the service. A technical expert with excellent communication skills, you will collaborate with colleagues, tenants, and other members of the Housing Compliance Team to ensure tenants are kept safe and the Council’s housing stock meets and exceeds legislative and regulatory requirements.
The role requires you to be proficient in contract and budget management and have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. This is a hybrid working role and you will require access to a vehicle and be in the office at least two days a week.
