Bury Council is seeking an Accommodation & Homelessness Prevention Worker to join the Leaving Care Team and support care experienced young people aged 16 to 25.
You will collaborate with Personal Advisors, Social Workers and housing partners to help young people access, sustain and succeed in suitable accommodation, develop independence and tenancy readiness, and prevent homelessness through practical help and specialist support.
