We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our supportive team. This rewarding role involves working closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including those with complex learning difficulties, communication needs, and challenging behaviours.

You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential by providing tailored learning support, implementing therapy and behaviour programmes, delivering individual and small-group interventions, and promoting independence, confidence, and inclusion. The role also includes supporting classroom teaching, contributing to lesson planning and assessment, preparing resources, and occasionally supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of a teacher.

The successful candidate will be committed to creating positive learning experiences, building strong relationships with pupils and families, and working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals. Experience of supporting pupils with SEND and a willingness to undertake specialist training such as Team Teach, communication strategies, and therapy-based interventions would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, resilient, and proactive individual who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people with additional needs.
