35 hours per week

Salary: £27,945 - £30,314

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £29,542 - £32,046

Within Bury Adult Services we are seeking to employ a Support Workers to work in the Urgent Community Response Team.

Working for the Urgent Community Response Team is very rewarding career, as you can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults. There will be an induction and training plan in place but previous experience in a similar role is essential.

The Urgent Community Response Service is a community based short term service that supports adults, including those with complex needs, who are in crisis and require urgent, short-term support.

You will support people in daily living tasks including personal care, and in the use of aids and personal equipment. Working as part of a small team, you will encourage and motivate people and assist them to build their confidence and achieve their personal goals.

Our service operates 24/7 365 days a year.

The AM shift is 9am till 2pm (subject to change if service needs require it)

The PM shift is 5pm till 10pm. (subject to change if service needs require it)

You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle along with the relevant business insurance.

You must currently have the right to work in the UK, we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role.
