Studio instructor - Leisure Centre

Studio instructor Grade 8 plus market supplement to £24 per hour,

Bury Leisure is looking to recruit 6-8 new candidates to work as studio instructors on a permanent and annualised hours basis with 6 positions on a rota pattern including evenings and weekend and 2 annualised hours basis to cover when required. Rota's and working locations to be confirmed for all roles.

About the Role:

As a studio instructor with Bury Council Leisure, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, studio and fitness classes for a wide range of ability levels. To provide safe, structured and effective classes to help all users achieve their health and fitness goals and find the fun in activities. Working as part of the studio class team you will be contributing to the wider wellbeing of the brough.

You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that all areas of the facility and associated activities are operated efficiently, effectively and in accordance with established procedures and standards.

This role is ideally suited to an individual who consistently demonstrates the highest professional standards and passion for group exercise. You will lead by example, inspire those around you, and maintain an unwavering commitment to health and well-being with excellence customer service.

What we’re looking for:

We're looking for Various qualified studio instructors who are ready to be part of something new, someone who combines technical excellence with a genuine passion for customer people and an uncompromising commitment to wider wellbeing:

• A valid exercise to music qualifications.
• Candidates who are versatile in what they can deliver
• Qualification or experience of delivering wellbeing classes
• A valid spinning studio qualification for specific classes
• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent customer care skills and a natural ability to connect with people
