Bury Council’s Asset Management Service is looking for an experienced Surveyor to make a real impact on housing delivery and regeneration, working within the Council’s Asset Management Service at Bury Council and playing a key role in shaping the borough’s future.
This role will primarily support the Housing Growth Programme, enabling the delivery of major housing schemes across Bury, including sites identified in the Places for Everyone Plan and other strategic regeneration projects. Alongside this, there will be a varied caseload of related surveying work, including property management, disposals, acquisitions, valuations, and regeneration projects as detailed in the Senior Surveyor Job Description attached.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and help deliver transformational housing projects while contributing to the wider management of the Council’s property portfolio.
