An exciting opportunity has become available within the homeless Assessment and Support service for a Senior Practitioner to join and complement our well established and customer focused team in the delivery of Bury Council's statutory and non-statutory homeless and housing functions.

The successful candidates will need to be highly motivated and have the ability to manage diverse caseloads and work well within a team and independently. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of homeless legislation and be able to support and guide a team of Homeless assessment officers.

We are a very busy service therefore a flexible approach is important in sourcing positive solutions for customers and ensuring all aspects of a customer’s housing needs are considered.
