The Receptionist role is based within the Children & Young People Department, at the Victoria Children and Family Centre. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9-5pm 37 hours per week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.

This role provides reception and administrative support, dealing with visitors to the building, taking telephone calls and undertaking a range of administration tasks associated with the Receptionist role. Therefore, excellent verbal and written communication skills will be required, together with high levels of customer service skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient service to colleagues, partners and service users. You will be capable of using your own initiative to respond to unexpected problems.
