Reablement is a free service in Bury for adults 18+ needing support after a hospital stay or crisis at home. This role helps customers regain independence by assisting with meals, personal care, dressing, and medications, and by signposting to services to meet ongoing needs.
It requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle, an enhanced DBS, and NVQ level 2+ in Health and Social Care. You will visit customers across the borough, using a work mobile and devices, and adhere to CQC standards
