Bury Council is seeking an Accommodation & Homelessness Prevention Worker to join the Leaving Care Team, helping care experienced young people aged 16 to 25 secure and sustain suitable housing as they transition to adulthood.
You will work with Personal Advisors, Social Workers and housing services to provide targeted practical support, budgeting and tenancy readiness to prevent homelessness and promote independence.
