Responsibilities
- Deal with telephone, email, and face‑to‑face enquiries from members of the public across a range of services provided by the Council.
- Update and access various council systems and process Blue Badges whilst ensuring customer enquiries are completed at the first point of contact, reducing the need for repeat contacts.

Working Hours
Normal hours of work are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, 35 hours per week. A restricted flexi‑scheme is in place subject to service demands.
